It’s graduation season! As one door closes, another one opens. Life is a journey. The adventure begins. … The season of cliches… and gifts! 🙂
Here are some gift ideas to celebrate your favorite grad and their achievements. Graduating high school, college, graduate school, medical school, law school, etc. is such a huge achievement that should not go unnoticed. These students have worked extremely hard for their degree and likely sacrificed a great deal for it. These are some gift ideas, ranging in price that would work as a graduation gift for any type of graduate!
1. S’well Bottle – The first gift is one of my favorite items – the s’well bottle. I never leave the house without mine and own this particular bottle, a wood grain bottle, and a baby bottle in shimmery blue. I love these water bottles and the fact that they are stylish while keeping your beverage cold and hot for such extended periods of time. Not to mention, the CEO is a woman (#girlboss!) Anyone can use a s’well – these are my go-to gift for anyone! Plus, for a graduate heading off to a desk-job (~the real world~), this pretty bottle adds a little something extra to her desk.
2. Longchamp Le Pliage Large Tote – Another super versatile item – anyone can use a Longchamp bag. These bags are very durable and classic, lasting a long time after initial purchase. For the high school grad, this bag is a great go-to for girls planning to rush in college. It can hold all of your rush essentials like water bottles, makeup, high heels, mini spray bottle fan (anyone else?? haha). For our girls heading off to the real world after college, this is the perfect bag for work as it can hold your laptop, planner, water bottle, and any other essentials you might need for work.
3. Dogeared State of Mind Pendant – I chose the Dogeared Florida necklace because I attend college in Florida. However, this would work for any state and Dogeared makes the necklace for each state. Pro tip – if you are looking to spend a little less, check out Etsy for some other great options. This necklace is great for a high school grad heading off to college in a new state or for a college grad moving out of state after graduation. This gift keeps your home state close to your heart and helps you remember your impressive accomplishments and your roots.
4. Mantraband Enjoy the Journey Cuff – I own the mantraband that says “Be true. Be you. Be kind” and I love how it serves as a daily reminder of my personal mantra. However, I though the “Enjoy the Journey” cuff is especially appropriate for a grad as it reminds them of their current journey and accomplishments moving forward to new beginnings. The cuff is really dainty and matches any outfit!
5. Louis Vuitton Key Pouch Damier Azur Canvas – Okay, by far one of the priciest items on the list, but this is great gift to celebrate a grad’s accomplishments. This key pouch is timeless and beautiful. I particularly like the Damier Azur Canvas pattern but it all depends on the grad’s personal style. This pouch might be a nice gift for parents to give to their grad. This is certainly an item that would be cherished by the graduate forever and would serve as a daily reminder of how proud the gift-giver is of the receiver.
6. ban.do I’m Outta Here Passport Holder – I thought this passport was a really cute gift for grads as many people like to travel abroad after they have graduated. It is always good to keep your passport updated, especially if you may be traveling for work in the future. This passport case makes traveling a little more fun and is an easy gift for a grad traveling out of the country.
7. Rifle Paper Company Vintage Blossoms Notebook Set – I received these exact notebooks as a gift about a year ago and I literally never leave the house without them. Both are almost full and I have more blank ones waiting for me when I fill these entirely. I love these notebooks because they are slim and small enough to fit in your purse. The patterns are so beautiful and the paper is really smooth and nice to write on. These are perfect for a grad heading off to a desk job to add something pretty to her cubicle. Or for the grad heading off to graduate school, these notebooks will certainly keep her organized through her studies.
I hope you enjoyed this post and found a gift for your favorite graduate this graduation season! Let me know if you guys have any other fun gift ideas for grads!
