It’s officially my favorite time of the year! Spring in St. Pete is pure magic — breezy mornings, golden hour strolls, and blooms around every corner. It’s the season I reach for dresses that feel easy and elevated, with romantic but wearable prints. I’m sharing two spring looks that totally captured my mood lately — both perfect for warm-weather days filled with sunshine and coastal charm. Whether you’re brunching downtown or catching the sunset on the beach, these looks are perfect for your next spring moment.
🌸 Look One: Bougainvillea Breeze in St. Pete

There’s something about spring in St. Pete that feels like a real-life daydream. This lilac floral maxi dress with ruffle straps and a lace-up, corset back is giving actually the picture of springtime elegance. I wore it while strolling through one of my favorite hidden corners near downtown, where the bougainvillea was blooming like crazy.

This dress moves with you in the best way — flowy, feminine, and flirty. I paired it with simple white block heels to keep things clean and elevated, perfect for brunch, a garden party, or golden hour content shoots.
Style Tip: The lace-up back adds a playful detail that makes the dress feel custom-fitted. I took a medium in this one and cinched it in to fit my true size, small.

📍 Shot at: One of my favorite spots is on 23rd Avenue North. It is a white arbor-like structure where gorgeous bougainvillea grow. This location is lesser-known, and never busy. You’ll almost definitely have the whole place to yourself! But shhh, we can’t have everyone going there 😉
Location: 23rd Avenue North x Bay Street Northeast Traffic Circle, St. Petersburg, FL 33704
💙 Look Two: Coastal Italian Spring Chic

This look has that “Meet me in Italy” feel — soft blues, basket texture, and a lemony sweater tossed over the shoulders for an effortless touch. The print on this LoveShackFancy dress is delicate and almost toile-inspired, making it perfect for brunch downtown, a casual dinner, or wandering through your favorite local spots.

I love mixing texture here — the knit, the woven bag (+ purse charm!), and the breezy fabric all bring their own energy while keeping it cohesive. Plus, these woven slides are comfy enough to walk blocks in.
Style Tip: These Sezané sweaters are my favorite to just throw over the shoulders on these chillier nights. I love them so much that I have it in FOUR colors.

📍 Location: Pia’s Trattoria – one of my favorite Italian spots you can’t miss when you visit St. Pete. Get the Pesto Rosso, thank me later 😉
Renting My Spring Looks with FashionPass 🌸✨
One of my favorite ways to stay creative with seasonal content (without buying a whole new wardrobe) is renting pieces from FashionPass. I rented both of the dresses from this spring blog post, and they were perfect for capturing those dreamy, sun-soaked spring moments around St. Pete.
With FashionPass, you can rent clothing and accessories, swap them out as often as you like, and always have fresh pieces ready for your next shoot. It’s been such a fun way to experiment with new styles, textures, and colors — especially when I want something outside of my usual comfort zone.

📍 Local Love
Both of these looks were shot at my favorite spots around St. Pete — each full of character, florals, and that laid-back coastal vibe. If you’re ever in town, I highly recommend just walking around with no agenda and letting the color and charm guide your day.
Spring fashion doesn’t have to be complicated — it’s all about dressing for the way you want to feel. Both of these looks made me feel light, feminine, and like I was starring in my own springtime short film 🌿
