Work From Home Tips

Right now, many of us are working from home indefinitely and trying to adapt to a new lifestyle. Today, I wanted to share some of my top tips for working remotely.

Here are some of my top tips for boosting productivity while WFH:⁣

1. Get dressed – I love throwing on a cute athleisure outfit like this one so I have no excuse to not get a workout in later in the day⁣!

2. Sneak in a workout – Whether it’s a quick walk between zoom meetings or an at-home workout at lunch, get moving! This helps my brain get back on track.

3. Make a to-do list! I try to check off my tasks each day because if I don’t I know I’m just moving ‘em to tomorrow and making my day crazier.

4. Take a lunch break! It’s so easy to just work through lunch. STOP IT! you need a break.
